Cancellation policy

The cancellation of the newly owned service will be considered once we failed to provide the service as per the specifications.

The cancellation of the existing service needs to be confirmed by the end customer before the next due date of payment.

Refund policy

If the resources are unavailable and we fail to deliver the service, refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of confirming the service failure.
