Microsoft Outlook Mail Client Setup Configuration

  1. Open outlook mail client, On the Tools menu, click Accounts
  2. Select the Mail tab, click Add, and then click Mail.
  3. In the Display name text box, type your name (e.g. info), and then click Next.
  4. In the E-mail address text box, type your email address@your domain name (e.g.
    [email protected]), and then click Next
  5. In the list of Internet mail server types, select POP3
  6. In the Incoming mail server text box, type the name of the POP3 server i.e., server IP or
    your domain name (e.g.mail.example.com)
  7. In the Outgoing mail server text box, type the name of the SMTP server i.e., server IP or
    your domain name (e.g.mail.example.com)
  8. Click Next.
  9. In the Internet Mail Logon dialog box, enter your email address as Account name, enter the password, then click Next.
  10. More setting>> outgoing server>> select My server requires authentication.
  11. Then Click the Advanced tab, and select Leave a copy of messages on server.
  12. pop3 port 110, smtp port 25 or 26 or 587
  13. click test account setting and if any error recheck above test, for smtp error change port no from above(587 or 26 or 25)
  14. Click OK.

Port No: SMTP 25(or use 587) pop3-110

Incoming/pop3 server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing/smtp server: mail.yourdomain.com

Google App’s Email/Gmail’s email settings
Username: [email protected]
Password : ********
Port No: SMTP 465(SMTP using encryption SSL) or 587(SMTP using encryption TLS) pop3- 995(POP3 using encryption SSL)
Outgoing/smtp server: smtp.gmail.com

Incoming/pop3 server: pop.gmail.com
