- Open outlook mail client, On the Tools menu, click Accounts
- Select the Mail tab, click Add, and then click Mail.
- In the Display name text box, type your name (e.g. info), and then click Next.
- In the E-mail address text box, type your email address@your domain name (e.g.
[email protected]), and then click Next - In the list of Internet mail server types, select POP3
- In the Incoming mail server text box, type the name of the POP3 server i.e., server IP or
your domain name (e.g.mail.example.com) - In the Outgoing mail server text box, type the name of the SMTP server i.e., server IP or
your domain name (e.g.mail.example.com) - Click Next.
- In the Internet Mail Logon dialog box, enter your email address as Account name, enter the password, then click Next.
- More setting>> outgoing server>> select My server requires authentication.
- Then Click the Advanced tab, and select Leave a copy of messages on server.
- pop3 port 110, smtp port 25 or 26 or 587
- click test account setting and if any error recheck above test, for smtp error change port no from above(587 or 26 or 25)
- Click OK.
